What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a unique therapy that maps different parts, glands and organs of the body on the feet, hands and ear. Through application of touch and applied pressure, reflexology opens the energy pathways that assist the body to restore “rest” and “repair”. This is the place and the space that holds the most value for your body, mind and spirit. Allowing your nervous system to reset as often as needed.

My practice is based upon the RAC method, which means that I use traditional reflexology, with my own unique and authentic touch. I use a combination of movements, so that your body will benefit from both stimulation and relaxation. Many of my clients find that falling asleep is unpreventable. Incorporating essential oils only enhances the experience.

Foot Reflexology

This treatment is thoroughly relaxing and deeply therapeutic. Selecting two or three certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils, with lotion for dilution, you will be taken aback by the control and precision of the treatment. Pressure when needed, my hands will be guided by what your body needs.

The lower leg is a very important aspect to my treatments, so it is in your best interests to wear some comfy with access to your knees.

Combined Foot/Hand Reflexology

Your hands will be forever in love with a soothing touch. Reflexology is often thought of by working on the feet, but do I have news for you. Hand reflexology can be, and may be, more effective then the feet. This treatment can be enjoyed by all, but thoroughly needed by the many who find their hands sore from overuse. This treatment is an amazing addition to foot reflexology treatment.

Combined Foot/Hand/Ear/Face Reflexology

HThis treatment is overly relaxing and warming to the body on its own. When I provide touch to the ear and face, as an addition to the foot, foot/hand reflexology combination, the body is in the ultimate state of “rest” and “repair”.

Lymph Drainage Reflexology (RDL) (This is added to all my treatments)

RDL a reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay.

The particular sequence of reflexes is included with every treatment when needed.
